Strategy - developed the core operating model for a £40m division within a global law firm, including making key hires across 8 global locations and deal origination.
Analysis - delivered feasibility reports to leading FS organisations on new location strategies, providing a cost-benefit analysis as well as talent delivery roadmap. This included; Romania, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Raise – successfully led on Seed and Series A funding rounds in the UK, and supported US investment and expansion.
